The Deloitte Veterans Project is a series of two videos that are aimed to help military veterans improve their interviewing techniques as well as give them tips on how to present themselves to job prospects.
There will be two videos, "The Interview" and "The Personal Brand Video."
"The Interview" will demonstrate a job interview being conducted in an office environment. KELLY, an HR Recruiting Manager, will conduct an interview with CHRIS, a Staff Sargent with the US Army, in his office.
"The Personal Brand Video" will take place at a job fair where BOBBY, a HR Recruiting Manager, will meet ALEX, a Captain with the US Army.
Each video will have two examples within them. One example portraying the less successful scenario of what takes place in a job interview or a job fair, and the other demonstrating the practices that can help enhance the interview process.
